Position Summary

Our lawn care technicians are responsible for executing our premium lawn care programs. This includes fertilization, weed control, aeration, seeding, mosquito control, fungicide application and similar services.

Job Expectations:

• 2-3 years of lawn care experience is desired.
• Sales experience and category 3 license is preferred.
• Applicants must have a positive attitude, able to work well alone, and be good at time management.
• Will train hard working individuals looking for a stable work environment for the role.
• TN drivers license required and must pass background check and drug testing.

Opportunites exist to grow into a customer service, sales, managerial and executive roles.

Physical Requirements

• The ability to work outdoors and consistently be able to lift 50 lbs.
• 40 hours a week is typical. Our work week is Monday - Friday. Saturday work may be required if scheduled work was postponed due to weather.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
