Responsibilities include:

  • Identify, research, and prospect target Value Added Resellers for recruitment into our Partner Program
  • Reseller enablement, GTM planning, and sales cycle management
  • Effectively educate resellers and generate demand by identifying pain points and articulating Aratum's business value proposition
  • Qualify inbound leads from our website, tradeshows, and other events
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead, contact, and activity records in our CRM
  • Meet or exceed monthly goals including meetings, opportunities, and demos and quota
  • Meet or exceed daily activity targets including calls, emails, and conversations
  • Work effectively within channel eco system
  • Attend industry events and tradeshows
  • Help Resellers with marketing and go to market planning
  • 50% travel within US

We are looking for:

  • Highly self-motivated, driven individuals with proven success achieving goals while working independently
  • Experience working directly with Value Added Resellers and Distribution partners
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks within given deadlines
  • Team players with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proven success in a competitive, goal-oriented role
  • Tech-savviness and the ability to quickly learn and leverage new tools/ technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Bonus points for:

  • 6+ months of proven success in business development or channel sales
  • Experience using Salesforce, SalesLoft, Zoominfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, or similar tools
  • Proven success in a remote position
