Full job description
YourSix is seeking a dynamic and strategic Channel Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will develop and execute channel marketing programs that drive demand and foster growth through our partner ecosystem. You will work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to create and implement strategies that enhance our market presence and drive revenue growth through our partners.

Your day to day:
· Strategy Development: Design and implement channel marketing strategies and programs to achieve sales targets and enhance partner engagement.
· Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to drive awareness, lead generation, and sales through channel partners.
· Partner Enablement: Develop and deliver training materials, sales tools, and marketing resources to empower partners to effectively market and sell YourSix solutions.
· Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, acting as the main point of contact for marketing initiatives and support.
· Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of channel marketing programs and campaigns, using data to refine strategies and improve results.
· Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management, to align channel marketing efforts with overall business goals.
· Budget Management: Manage the channel marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
· Event Coordination: Plan and execute partner events, webinars, and trade shows to increase engagement and generate leads.
· Other duties as assigned by management.
What you bring to the team:
· You have experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or a related field, preferably within the technology industry.
· You possess strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing plans.
· You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and you can effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
· You can manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time management skills.
· You bring a collaborative mindset and can build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
· You have a track record of driving measurable results through innovative marketing programs and campaigns.
· You understand the technology landscape and can quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
· You have experience with HubSpot or other marketing CRM tools.
· You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, preferred.
