About the Position
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Channel Sales Representative to join our team in a full-time, hybrid role based in Dearborn, Michigan. As a Channel Sales Representative at CallHarbor, you will play a key role in driving our sales efforts, helping us grow our partner network, and ensuring our sales team operates efficiently. This position involves collaborating with our Channel Sales Director to identify and develop new sales opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers, and represent CallHarbor at various events, including trade shows and industry conferences.
The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, highly organized, and possesses strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You will have the opportunity to directly contribute to CallHarbor’s growth by engaging with potential partners, providing product demonstrations, and assisting in the execution of various sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively reach out to potential partners, qualifying leads, and managing initial contact to grow our partner network.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with partners through regular communication and engagement.
- Support the sales team by identifying new opportunities, researching market trends, and helping refine sales strategies.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value of CallHarbor’s UCaaS platform to partners and customers.
- Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of sales events, such as trade shows, industry-specific gatherings, and company-hosted events.
- Take on additional sales-related tasks as needed to support overall business growth.
Required Experience:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with partners and customers.
- Capability to clearly convey the benefits of a solution or service.
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in direct sales, with a track record of developing and expanding market presence.
- Familiarity with GSuite applications (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.) for effective communication and collaboration.
- Experience utilizing a CRM to stay organized and log outreach communications.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
