This person is enthusiastic, proactive, pulls in resources, and does whatever is needed to help the cause. The ideal candidate will have had experience across all parts of running a business, from sales to operations, office administration to investor strategy. This person might have been a previous manager of a non-profit, or worked at a consulting firm, or run a small business, or managed a political campaign, or a combination of these and others. The ideal candidate has tremendous experience, insights, poise, and executive function.

  • Project Management: Manage special projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely execution and delivery of key milestones.
  • Communication Facilitation: Serve as a primary point of contact for communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication channels.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts and challenges as they arise, employing a diplomatic and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and execution of the company's long-term strategic plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

- Minimum of seven years of work experience in a leadership or management role.

- Proven track record of success in roles such as Consultant, Community Organizer, Client Services Director, Customer Support Representative, Director of Partnerships, Congressional Aide, Non-Profit Manager, Self-Employed Multiple-Jobs-Juggler, or Chief of Staff.

- Exceptional writing skills and grammar.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and lead by example.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

- Knowledge of the aviation industry or sustainable technology is a plus.
