Full job description

Fullsteam is a new-fashioned insurance brokerage for businesses and individuals. They created an insurance platform that combines expert advisors, customer service, and innovative technology, so their customers can move forward and focus on their dreams. Fullsteam's advisors work closely with founders and executives to design an insurance portfolio to protect their people, customers, property, and future.

If American Express, McKinsey, and Gusto had an insurance baby, it would be Fullsteam.

Today, the customer experience and back-office efficiencies are broken and long overdue for an overhaul. Our mission is to create a better experience for our customers so they can feel confident with their risk management and focus on their dreams.

Because we solve problems on a national scale, it is essential to hire the best and the brightest partners from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
