Role Summary:

As the CTO, you will occupy a pivotal role at the intersection of technological innovation and strategic leadership. In this position, you will be instrumental in shaping the technological trajectory of a pioneering non-custodial lending and borrowing platform that integrates AI-powered credit evaluation. Your expertise in blockchain technology and smart contract development, coupled with your proficiency in coding and software development, will drive the evolution of our platform, ensuring it remains at the forefront of the fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Engineering Leadership: Build and steer a high-caliber engineering team to deliver the company's vision and objectives.
Strategic Technology Roadmap: Develop and uphold a comprehensive tech roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic ambitions.
MVP Development: Conceptualize and build a Minimum Viable Product addressing the market's needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the product team to design, develop, and launch a robust, scalable, and secure platform.
Compliance and Security: Ensure the platform meets all regulatory standards and security best practices.
Process Management: Optimize the development workflow to ensure efficient and timely delivery.
Tech Innovation: Integrate emerging technologies to enhance the platform's capabilities.
Executive Collaboration: Work closely with the executive team to formulate and implement company strategies.
Coding Expertise: Utilize hands-on coding skills in multiple languages to contribute to the platform's development.
Technical Hiring: Oversee the recruitment process for technical roles, attracting and retaining top industry talent.

Qualifications:

Web3 and Solidity Mastery: Profound knowledge of blockchain principles and expertise in smart contract development.
Blockchain Experience: Extensive experience in blockchain technology and decentralized applications.
Coding Proficiency: Strong background in software development with experience in multiple programming languages.
CTO Experience: Proven track record as a CTO, ideally in a startup or rapidly evolving tech environment.
Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing technical teams.
Effective Communication: Exceptional ability to convey technical concepts to varied audiences.
Product Development Success: Documented history of developing and launching successful technology products.
Security and Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant security and audit standards.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 4 years of software development experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
