Summary:
A Client Relations Administrator is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing excellent customer service.
Salary + Benefits:
- $40,000 to $60,000 base compensation (DOE), plus bonus

Required Education and Experience:
- Experience in customer service or sales is highly valued.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or communication is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for onboarding new tax planning clients and scheduling client calls.
- Maintain client relationships by communicating regularly and addressing concerns proactively.
- Serve as the main point of contact by handling client inquiries and ensuring timely responses.
- Resolve issues by troubleshooting problems and coordinating solutions with internal teams.
- Deliver excellent service to ensure a positive and consistent client experience.
- Monitor satisfaction by collecting feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Facilitate communication by keeping messaging clear and consistent between clients and internal teams.
- Manage records by keeping client information organized and up to date.
- Support business growth by fostering client retention and contributing to revenue through strong service.
- Provides reliable support to staff by assisting with tasks, managing priorities, and contributing to the successful execution of team goals.
