Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform general administration and support functions
- Organize, coordinate, and maintain client paperwork
- Handle client service requests including processing name and address changes, account applications and bank authorizations, answering client questions via telephone, email and face to face
- Provide the highest quality of customer service and demonstrate creative problem solving to resolve client issues
- Prepare client reviews (insurance, investments, and financial planning)
- Assist with answering phone calls and scheduling client appointments

Experience and Education Requirements
- College level courses in business/finance preferred
- 1-3 years of securities or related industry experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc…)
