ABOUT THE JOB:
Entry level backstage Client Service Associate with defined career path to become a Financial Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to phone calls and emails from clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed to foster client satisfaction.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, mailing, and scheduling appointments to maintain an efficient office environment.
- Process new leads and manage data entry within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Regularly update our database to keep client information current and accessible.
- Manage client policies, withdrawals, loans, beneficiary changes, and related service requests.
- Follow up on new business submissions and communicate needs to clients and financial professionals for timely implementation.
- Assist in the completion of client applications and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with outside agencies to ensure timely fulfillment of client servicing needs.
- Coordinate and maintain sales materials and essential office supplies.
- Support marketing efforts through social media, seminars, and webinars as needed.
- Evening, weekend and overnight travel may be required.
- Adapt to team needs and assist with various projects as they arise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong acumen for excellent client service
- High attention to detail, organized, and process oriented
- Tactical thinker, problem solver, and resourceful
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with accuracy
- Personable with the ability to connect with clients
- Self-starter and aptitude to work with a sense of urgency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (preferred)
- Aptitude with leveraging workflows within a financial services CRM (preferred)
- Previous experience working in the financial services industry and familiarity with account types, service requests, paperwork (Preferred)

Monday – Thursday*
*Evening and overnight travel may be required.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
