Client Services Intern

Social Assurance is a SaaS (Software as a Service) company providing compliant content management and community engagement software and services to regulated industries. We serve three core markets: financial services (Social Assurance), education (Class Intercom), and government (Social Assurance for Government).

We’re looking for a Client Services Intern to join our diverse and growing team. We’re proud that our internship program gives students a seat at the table working on real projects with opportunities to build an impressive skillset and portfolio. The Client Services Intern should have strong written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail. We’re looking for a hard-worker and quick-learner who is eager to dig in.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities may include:

• Planning and creating social media content across platforms
• Developing marketing and sales materials
• Supporting creative projects and integrated campaigns
• Compiling and analyzing campaign performance data
• Assisting with event and conference logistics
• Helping with office and client-related tasks as needed

Key Qualities & Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program (business, marketing, communications, journalism, advertising, psychology, finance, or related field)
• Self-starter, adaptable, and eager to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiar with and interested in social media channels (e.g. Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Interest or experience in SaaS (Software as a Service), financial services, EdTech, and/or the public sector a plus, but not required

Job Type: Internship

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
