We help with investing, accounting and most importantly personal & business advisory. We are in need of an experienced, on-site, full-time Client Success Manager to add to our cutting-edge team. You will be primarily working on all aspects of maintaining high client service levels/retention, participating in all meetings/calls, building rapport with clients, and mentoring/bridging communication between client and advisor. This position will not require any sales. If you’ve wanted to focus on concierge, deep relationships with clients, move to more of service-based, consultative role that creates generations wealth for your clients without products, then this is the place for you. Client Success Manager Traits
- Exemplary client servicing & verbal/written communication skills
- Personable attitude & willingness to build deep relationships with existing clients
- Social and emotional awareness to tailor interactions for individual customers
- Very organized and strong attention to detail
- Problem-solving/troubleshooting ability will be needed
- Team player willing to take the initiative to help out internally while proactively following up with client/co-workers on outstanding issues without being asked.
- Ability to explain complicated financial concepts in an easily understandable way
- Self starter who does not need to be micro-managed/ability to work independently
- Expert in dealing with customer issues & retention of clients
- Ability to prioritize and/or seek assistance in determining task priority

- Great comfort in crafting professional emails
- Familiarity with interpreting financial data (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, taxes) preferred
Duties and Responsibilities include
- Concierge servicing focus (calls, meetings, email, etc.) to maintain/expand on stellar firm retention ratio with all dental clients
- Learning about the business model of dentistry from executive teams
- Meeting with clients on a regular basis in person and via phone/email
- Building rapport and cultivating existing relationships with clients
- Work with client advisor to ensure client success and retention
- Educating/mentoring advisors with client communication
- Entertaining clients to deepen relationships
Requirements
- 3+ yrs experience preferred working in the financial advisory field
- 6+ yrs experience running meetings & communicating with clients
- Undergraduate degree required (ideally in Finance/Economics/Accounting/Business field) - MBA degree coveted
- Very polished presentation skills a necessity
- Series 65 or 66 required
- Expert communication/relationship skills are necessary
- Professional appearance and image a must
- Superb time management skills will be needed
- Dental experience a plus
- Multitasking ability necessary
- Mac & PC experience preferred
- Must authorize background and credit history checks
