The Stripping and Cleaning Crew will help support the Route Setting team create and maintain an engaging and inspiring climbing experience for our community by stripping and cleaning a predetermined wall and holds before the Route Setters arrive to begin their day's work. S&C duties will be predetermined by the RSM or other designated Route Setting team member before the Route Setters arrive to begin their day's work.

Its time to get weird with Brooklyn Boulders.


  • Ensure all wall surfaces are stripped and cleaned prior to setting
  • S&C crew members are expected to follow BKB risk management and workspace cleanliness/maintenance protocols, and adhere to all BKB Route Setting standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain proper organization of tools before, during and after the shift



  • Early morning availability
