YOUR NEW ROLE:

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, talented Clinic Coordinator to join our busy and friendly team.

This position will be a permanent contract, with between 15-20 hours per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to make each patient who walks into the clinic feel like an old friend and leave feeling as if they are the center of your universe.
• Booking, confirming appointments and ensuring 5 star check in/check out process.
• Guiding patients during the check in and out process including but not limited to communication with doctors and injectors.
• Ensuring cleanliness of clinic and managing overall clinic coordination/operation.
• Handling patient concerns with integrity and empathy.
• Handling multi-line phone system.
• Providing excellent patient service for every step of the patient’s journey.

EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in a medical clinic or beauty and wellness setting preferred.
• Experience with appointment booking software preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
• Customer experience obsessed.
• Empathetic sales driver with an innovative thought process looking to grow their skills.
• Retail experience (2+ years).
• Clean, fashionable and refined appearance.
• Punctual and Reliable.
• A brand-ambassador attitude for Sisu, you’re obsessed with getting your name out there and have your Sisu elevator pitch down to a science.
• Team player with strong attention to detail.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
