Inspired Hearing Solutions in Richmond VA is hiring!

Inspired Hearing Solutions is an audiologist-owned private practice in the Richmond VA area. We are seeking an Audiologist (PT or FT) or 4th year Extern to join our small but successful team.

Inspired Hearing Solutions offers a wide range of audiologic services, to include diagnostics (audiometry, tympanometry, acoustic reflexes, OAE, SIN, APD, etc.), hearing aids, cerumen removal, custom molds/plugs, real ear measurements, and HIT. We will soon be adding BAHA and CI services as well.

Inspired Hearing Solutions accepts most insurance plans to include Medicare, Anthem/BCBS, Humana/Tricare, Aetna, United Healthcare, etc. We work with all major HA manufacturers.

Our focus is on providing quality and individualized patient care. Our clinic is busy, but providers are given adequate time to complete case history, diagnostics, explanation of results, and report writing without feeling rushed. We can also offer professional autonomy, flexibility in your schedule, competitive pay with profit sharing, and low-pressure on sales. This position is for full- or part-time; however, full-time is preferred.

The Richmond area has a lot to offer! Outdoor enthusiasts will love that the multitude of running/mountain biking trails and the ability to kayak/raft down the James River right through the heart of downtown. The mountains, the beach, and/or the city (Washington, D.C.) are all only a 1 to 1.5-hour drive away. Richmond has many art and history museums and has an active music and nightlife with great options for dining.

The best candidate for this position is a passionate audiologist (or 4th year student) who employs best practices, is a quick learner, a compassionate ‘people-person’ and an independent, hard-worker with initiative and drive.
