HealthSource Integrated Solutions (HIS) is looking for highly competent staff to join our team in providing telephonic crisis intervention services! HIS, a leader in crisis intervention services in the state of Kansas, provides 24/7 telephonic support to individuals in crisis. We are looking for compassionate, hardworking professionals to join our amazing team.

The Call Center Support Staff is responsible for performing a variety of clerical office tasks, customer service tasks, administrative tasks and providing customer service telephone support for the HealthSource Call Center.

Duties:

  • Gathers and assesses document information from mental health professionals, health professionals, and other providers requesting screening for managed behavioral care contracts.
  • Determines urgency and contacts the appropriate Community Mental Health Center (CMHC) within the specified time frames.
  • Receives calls from CMHCs, hospitals or other providers and provides consultation on program issues.
  • Conducts various types of follow-up calls.
  • Assists Clinical Director in keeping resources updated, processing incoming faxes and electronic filing for all Call Center programs.
  • Assist QMHP in bed search and faxing of tele-video assessments.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required. Associates or vocational degree preferred.
  • Coursework in social services or related field is preferred.
  • Two (2) years of experience in customer service and data entry.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Computer and typing proficiency
