Salary Range: 63,000 - 71,000 Annually

Full Time in Williamstown, VT
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Individual and group supervision of the RSS team (this is social work/clinical style supervision, including counseling/support, professional development, and overall workplace guidance)
- Admissions. Including being actively a part of the referral process and working within our EHR system to ensure all information is accurate and secure.
- Assessments (biopsychosocial as part of welcoming new residents, other assessments as needed per individual circumstances)
- Individual and group therapy for residents as needed (complementing the work of the dedicated therapists)
- Training. This includes your own training as well as working with other subject matter experts to assist with company-wide training and ensuring your supervisees complete the annual training that is required by our licensing.
- Med delegation
- Process Improvement & Investment - you will be able to have a project that you are passionate about that will help our programs (i.e. LGBTQ+ inclusivity, Immigration, Documentation in EHR, etc.)
- Client advocacy/empowerment/direct service/interdisciplinary collaboration
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree and licensure or license-eligible in social work or related field
- Experience working with individuals with serious and persistent mental illness / co-occurring disorders/substance use
- Qualified to provide supervision of interns
- Experience in a leadership position or providing supervision to staff and/or interns
This is a Full-Time, exempt, Leadership position at our Second Spring facility which is a residential program for adults who have experienced chronic mental illness. We are looking for someone with expertise in providing clinical and supervisory oversight to a multi-disciplinary team. You must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated understanding of ethical and legal issues in mental health practice, and a willingness to promote a resident-centered, collaborative approach to care.

Environmental Factors:
Duties are performed in a variety of settings (i.e. community residence, Agency). There is direct interaction with mentally ill adults and/or individuals with substance abuse issues who are experiencing a significant mental health crisis. Private means of transportation, a valid driver’s license, and automobile insurance are required. Interaction with clients poses some risk of physical injury or property damage. An incumbent may encounter situations that may elicit high levels of stress. Crisis situations can occur at any time. Evening, overnight, or weekend work may be required. Must be able to work independently, use sound judgment, and critical thinking skills.
