Join our team as a Clinical and Supports Services Manager! In this dynamic role, you will lead and oversee the successful implementation of several evidence-based therapies and support services in Jefferson Parish. You will provide supervision/guidance to direct line staff and first-level supervisors, ensuring program quality and compliance while maintaining strong community partnerships. This position requires approximately 10 percent of your time dedicated to direct client services in the community, allowing you to maintain a strong clinical connection while leading your teams. Knowledge of family therapy, such as FFT or MST, is preferred, as is working knowledge of the Prior Authorization and Claims processes for Louisiana Medicaid Managed Care.

Responsibilities

· Management and monitoring of Functional Family Therapy and Multi-systemic Therapy

o Supervises the supervisors of each team

o Ensures services are provided to meet the needs of the service recipients and the level of care addresses medical necessity

o Monitors fidelity to evidence-based and best practice models by reviewing delivery of services

o Collaborates with referral sources to ensure appropriate and consistent referrals to the programs

o Completes direct client care via small caseload or personal execution of all intake assessments for the teams

· Management and supervision of the authorization, denial and claims process for all community-based therapy programs

o Ensures authorizations are obtained in timely fashion and tracked for need for reauthorization

o Monitors that services are not provided outside of authorization period

o Ensures services provided are medically necessary and documentation is reflective of services and supports claim submission

o Completes weekly scrubbing of all Medicaid claims prior to submission of billing to the Managed Care Organizations

o Provides training as necessary on topics related

· Management and supervision of community-based supportive programs

o Monitoring of staff providing Parenting program workshops, and Flexible Family Funding contracts

· Completion of monthly and quarterly reporting on all assigned programs/services

Required Qualifications

· Master’s degree in social work or counseling

· Five years of experience in clinical services and three years of experience in supervisory/management role of clinical services

· Willingness and ability to perform community-based work with occasional evening hours

Preferred Skills and Experience

· LCSW/LPC licensure in Louisiana

· Experience in FFT or MST or other evidence-based model

· Experience with prior authorizations and claims submissions to MCOs

· Ability to work in a culturally competent way and consistently treat all with dignity and respect

· Great time management with organizational skills required to set priorities and manage workload

Compensation and More

· Competitive Salary: $75,254.00- 95,0000 per year, depending on experience
