Stride Denver LLC works in close partnership with Ahava Counseling LLC.

Applicants: Due to the unique nature of the company and position, candidates will progress through a phone screening, in-person interview, working interview, and finally a shadow day to ensure appropriate fit.

Stride Denver LLC is a boutique private life and care management company that partners closely with therapists, psychiatrists, and other professional service providers to create high quality, upscale, and personalized treatment services for young adults and teens struggling with psychiatric, behavioral health, and substance use issues. We work with clients coming out of higher level of care (residential, wilderness, PHP, IOP) as well as those striving to avoid higher level of care to assist them in obtaining independence and autonomy in their desired community with comprehensive and wrap-around support services. Position Summary:

Clinical Care Manager/Therapist will work one on one with clients, local providers, and the client's family/support system to implement their service plan and assist them in achieving their goals and increased independence. The individual will collaborate with internal providers weekly and carry out services and goals in the office, the client's home, employment/academic setting, and other local community settings (gyms, coffee shops, etc). They will partner closely with the client's school, other providers, and employer. The Care Manager must be comfortable working with clients and applying therapeutic techniques in areas of: social skills, executive skills, ADLs, academics, vocation, finances, and medical.

Job/Clinical Duties:

  • Provide 1:1 client care management and direction in carrying out the clinical service plan
  • Provide parent coaching and family services
  • Participate in weekly staff clinicals
  • Serve as a source of support and model appropriate and desirable behaviors
  • Additional care management services such as: email and phone contact with family, local providers, and academic/vocational supports
  • Participate in development of treatment plans and provide implementation and monitoring of the treatment progress
  • Assist in goal setting and the achievement process
  • Creative thinking and implementation of action-based interventions
  • Creation and implementation of organization and home-assistive techniques personalized to clients
  • Produce daily clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations
  • Participate and organize team meetings and in-home support
  • Provide supervision of support staff (mentors and care providers) as appropriate
  • Ability to work independently, accept feedback, and take initiative with client and family needs

Position Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in a mental health related field
  • Must have a CO license as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LSW (or equivalent)
  • Appropriate use of clinical language and presentation in a clinical setting and with a multidisciplinary team
  • Minimum of 2-3 years working in a clinical setting
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must function well in a team/collaborative setting, uphold strong moral values, and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Must pass drug test and background check
  • Must have valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
  • Must be willing/able to work evenings (some weekends may be required)
  • Dependable and with strong time management skills
  • Ability to establish appropriate boundaries with clients, families, and co-workers
