Summary

We’re seeking a fully licensed Clinical Supervisor who can take on the responsibility of managing day-to-day clinical responsibilities, including supervising a team of clinicians.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the practice meets clinical standards, supervises staff, and maintains compliance with all Medicaid and insurance regulations. In this role, you will have the autonomy to shape your own supervision caseload and make an impact on the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site support to clinical staff, ensuring seamless operations and effective patient care.
• Conduct interviews, assist in the onboarding process, and supervise interns to support their development.
• Offer on-call assistance to clinical staff during work shifts, addressing any immediate needs or concerns.
• Provide weekly supervision to clinicians and interns, offering guidance and support in their professional growth.
• Manage credentialing with major payers and review and sign clinical notes for supervisees to ensure quality and compliance.
• Oversee scheduling and maintain an open calendar for one-on-one meetings with team members.
• Collaborate with the Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and successful audit outcomes.
• Serve as a liaison during audits, responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns raised by auditors.
• Manage clinical operations, ensuring full compliance with insurance regulations and oversee key practice management functions.
• Work closely with HR, Billing, and Intake teams to resolve and facilitate clinical-related issues efficiently and to ensure to ensure effective and holistic patient care.

Expectations:

• Fully licensed LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT in New York State for at least 2 years
• Experience with Medicaid and insurance-related paperwork and compliance
• Ability to work independently and manage clinical staff
• Commitment to at least 1 year of employment (This was on the last listing we posted, is this still needed?)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to maintain thorough documentation in compliance with clinical standards
