About Us

Results Generation is a data-driven company in the digital marketing space. We build and operate the internal platform that powers our core business — processing and delivering targeted content to large audiences at scale. Our engineering team is small, collaborative, and cross-functional, with strong ownership culture and no silos.

The Role

We’re looking for a Cloud & DevOps Engineer to own day-to-day infrastructure operations for our cloud-native platform. You’ll maintain and improve a multi-cluster Kubernetes environment, manage Terraform-driven infrastructure, keep CI/CD pipelines healthy, and participate in the on-call rotation.

This is a hands-on infrastructure role. You’ll be the person keeping production reliable and making it better.

What You’ll Work With

  • Cloud: Google Cloud Platform (GKE, Cloud SQL, GCS)
  • Container Orchestration: Multi-cluster Kubernetes with Traefik ingress
  • CI/CD: Jenkins, Helm 3, Docker/BuildKit
  • Infrastructure as Code: Terraform with per-environment configs, shared modules, and Atlantis for PR-driven applies
  • Databases: MySQL (Cloud SQL with replication), Redis-compatible caching, Elasticsearch
  • Messaging: RabbitMQ (operator-managed clusters)
  • Monitoring: Grafana, Prometheus, Scalyr/DataSet for log aggregation
  • GitOps: Flux, Ansible
  • Networking: VPN, private cluster endpoints, cert-manager

What You'll Do

  • Keep production running. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure issues across multiple production Kubernetes clusters and supporting services (MySQL, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, Redis).
  • Own on-call. Respond to alerts independently, diagnose issues using Grafana dashboards and log search, and drive incident resolution. Write postmortems and improve alerting to prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain CI/CD pipelines. Support and improve Jenkins pipelines for our microservice fleet — automated dev deploys, manual production releases, database migration jobs.
  • Manage infrastructure as code. Write and review Terraform for GCP resources (Cloud SQL, GCS, IAM, networking). Use Atlantis for PR-driven applies across environments.
  • Support Kubernetes operations. Helm chart management, HPA tuning, PDB configuration, pod scaling, secret rotation, and cluster maintenance.
  • Improve observability. Expand Grafana dashboards, Prometheus alerting rules, and log-based monitors. Help close coverage gaps.

What You Should Bring

Experience: 3-5 years working with cloud infrastructure in production

  • Solid Kubernetes experience — debugging pods, managing Helm releases, understanding networking (ingress, services, DNS)
  • Production Terraform experience across multiple environments (dev/prod tfvars, modules, state management)
  • Experience operating MySQL in production (replication, connection pooling, basic performance troubleshooting)
  • Comfortable with CI/CD pipeline maintenance (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar)
  • On-call experience — you’ve been paged, diagnosed issues under pressure, and written postmortems
  • Working knowledge of monitoring stacks (Prometheus + Grafana or equivalent)
  • Networking fundamentals (VPNs, private endpoints, load balancers, DNS, TLS/cert management)

Nice to have:

  • GCP-specific experience (GKE, Cloud SQL, Workload Identity, Secret Manager) -
  • Experience with RabbitMQ or similar message broker in production
  • Elasticsearch cluster management
  • Flux, ArgoCD, or other GitOps tooling
  • Experience with multiple cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure)
  • Experience migrating workloads between cloud providers or environments

What We Offer

  • Small team, big impact — your work directly affects production at scale
  • No bureaucracy — ship infrastructure changes with confidence, not committees
  • Cross-functional collaboration — work closely with backend developers who understand and care about infrastructure
  • Real problems — multi-cluster Kubernetes, async messaging patterns, database replication, content delivery at scale
  • Ownership — you’ll drive infrastructure improvements, not just execute tickets

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Benefits:
