CNC Programmer/Operator

Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a CNC Programmer/Operator. Immediate openings are available for both entry level and experienced candidates. This position involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality precision components in a manufacturing environment. On-the-job training is available for candidates eager to learn and grow within the industry.

Responsibilities

• Write and modify CNC cutter paths and programs.
• Set up tools and equipment for machining operations.
• Perform cutter changes and machine adjustments as needed.
• Operate CNC machinery safely and effectively.
• Read and follow blueprints, prints, and work instructions.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow company safety standards and production procedures.

Experience & Qualifications

• Entry-level to experienced candidates encouraged to apply.
• CNC programming or machining experience preferred but not required.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use measuring tools and read basic blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Training provided for qualified candidates.

Pay: $14.00 - $34.00 per hour
