Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Overview:
QuesTec Mechanical is seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, maintain or replace HVAC systems
• Follow systematic questioning techniques common in the HVAC industry and troubleshooting guidelines to determine unit/equipment functionality and/or failure
• Communicate unit/equipment issues to manager and HVAC clients
• Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork daily, documenting in detail all work performed and/or installed as well as all time associated with calls/projects
• Available to service emergency calls on week days, week nights and weekends, managed on a consistent "on call rotation"

Qualifications:

• Two years of experience in commercial HVAC installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Valid Missouri class E driver's license with clean driving record
• EPA certification
• Minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent); Associates degree from accredited technical school in the HVAC program preferred
• Knowledge of commercial mechanical and electrical systems, HVAC preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to read and interpret diagrams, plans and manuals
• Well groomed, neat in appearance
• Observe and abide by all Company procedures and safety rules
• Ability to work and interact with others in a positive manner
