Commercial Service Technician - Greensboro, NC
Join CCAC Building Solutions, a leader in commercial HVAC services with over 55 years of experience. We’re seeking a skilled Commercial Service Technician to join our Greensboro team.

Sign-On Bonus $5000- Must have the following:

Must have 5+ years of Air & Water Chiller/Hot Water boiler repair experience.
Able to maintain and repair units over 10 tons
5+ years of Commercial HVAC REPAIR experience

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems, including chillers and boilers.
Start up and analyze HVAC performance.
Complete documentation and communicate effectively with the team, clients, and vendors.
Follow OSHA regulations and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

5+ years of commercial HVAC experience, including chillers/boilers repair.
CFC Certification Universal.
Proficiency in relay logic, BAS, VAV, FPB systems.
Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
