Compensation: Salary of $6,000 per month during 1-3 months of training, converting after training to Base + Commission with Estimated Earnings of $80,000-$150,000 per year!

Schedule: Five days per week, most weeks Monday through Friday with weekends as needed for shows and events.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Learning how to design and sell large solar systems and hybrid power systems with industrial grade products.
· Educating clients on the benefits of renewable energy with the purpose of generating interest.
· Traveling around the state attending shows and events, while also working with businesses and other commercial clientele.
· Customizing solar energy products and systems depending on the needs and designs of the customer’s property.
· Supporting all our Anchorage, Wasilla and Fairbanks showrooms.
· Becoming an expert in solar through our leadership and training programs so you can properly serve the marketplace.
· Follow up on leads generated through advertising and in store traffic with a primary focus on commercial leads.
· Work as an outside sales person to go out and introduce commercial solar benefits and opportunities to commercial businesses.
Requirements:
· Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the renewable energy or construction industry. Experience specifically in solar sales is highly desirable.
· Strong understanding of solar energy systems, including photovoltaic technology, system design, installation processes, and financial incentives (e.g., tax credits, rebates) preferred but not required.
· Ability to build and maintain relationships with commercial clients, understanding their business needs, and effectively communicating the benefits of solar energy solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts, close sales, and achieve revenue targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory to meet with clients and attend industry events as required.
- Passion for renewable energy and a strong commitment to promoting environmentally sustainable practices in the commercial sector.
- Must pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
