Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Community Manager. This is a full-time on-site role as a Community Coordinator at Hub Coworking Hawai‘i. As a Community Coordinator, you will be responsible for engaging with the community, planning and organizing events, and coordinating outreach efforts. You will play a key role in fostering connections, building relationships, and facilitating collaboration among our members.
Duties:
- Recruit and engage community members to participate in various programs and initiatives
- Develop and implement strategies to increase community involvement and participation
- Coordinate and facilitate community events, workshops, and meetings
- Provide support and guidance to community members, addressing their needs and concerns
- Collaborate with local organizations and stakeholders to foster partnerships and enhance community resources
- Manage volunteer programs, including recruitment, training, and recognition
- Collect and analyze data to measure the impact of community programs and initiatives
- Maintain regular communication with community members through various channels such as social media, newsletters, and email campaigns
Experience:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build rapport with diverse groups of individuals
- Proficient in using technology platforms for communication and data analysis
- Community Engagement, Communication, and Event Planning skills
- Experience in community outreach and community organizing
- Ability to connect with and engage diverse individuals and groups
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of the local community and resources
- Experience in coworking spaces or community-based organizations is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
