This role ensures our agency operates ethically and in full alignment with state regulations.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A deep understanding of OPWDD regulations and OMIG audit protocols as they impact program operations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent judgment skills to identify potential risks and implement solutions effectively.
- The ability to work independently as a self-starter while maintaining open communication with leadership teams, including the board of directors.
- Experience in compliance management within Medicaid-participating organizations is highly preferred.
