The Assistant Project Manager works to assist the Project Manager or Project Executive on a project. They report to the Project Executive or Project Manager is responsible for all on-site project administration. The job duties and qualifications include:

• Assists in bidding and scope of work determinations.
• Materials Management - This includes submittals, shop drawings, and expediting material deliveries.
• Discover and resolve conflicts between the Company and subcontractors, as well as among subcontractors.
• Process and estimate all Change Orders and Requests for Information.
• Assist in developing and updating and maintaining the schedule.
• Run weekly Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings and maintain meeting minutes.
• Safety - Participate in the jobsite safety meetings, weekly safety audits, etc.
• Quality - Facilitate and/or participate in Preparatory Meetings, Initial Inspections, Follow-up Inspections, etc.
• LEAN – help facilitate LEAN principals on the project.
• A 4-year degree in Civil, Structural, Architecture or Construction Management or the equivalent in field experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Computer software - Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel based templates, Procore, Bluebeam.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
