Residential Construction Project Manager

Successful and growing construction services company in a niche residential market is seeking a Construction Project Estimator / Construction Project Manager serving the Indianapolis, Indiana and surrounding areas.

This position will be responsible for:

• Preparing job estimates
• Converting estimates into customers
• Planning and managing projects to successful completion
• Client satisfaction, retention and follow-up
• Salary plus company vehicle provided
• No cold call sales

Must be a dynamic and proactive communicator, who competently uses written and verbal disciplines such as e-mail, MS Office, voice-mail, etc. Candidate must be dedicated, motivated and loyal. Prefer experience in the construction field or a similar position estimating jobs within the construction industry.

Salary + Commission range 55-85k based on experience and qualifications.
