Job Summary: OCG Companies is a leading provider of restoration construction services, specializing in the utility industry. OCG Companies is seeking experienced Construction workers to learn and gain experience with multiple different kinds of skill trades in the maintenance industry. This person will be assisting crews in completion of various jobs and must have the ability to deliver work on time, maintaining the highest quality, productivity, and safety. We are seeking individuals who are willing to work Monday through Friday, weekends and evenings as needed depending on workload. Anything over 40 hours is considered overtime. There is tremendous opportunity for growth into a Foreman position.

Job description

We are looking for General Labors, with 2 plus years of work experience to assist our team on our projects. Including but not limited to installing mezzanines, pallet racking, shelving units, barriers, scaffolding, special projects, etc.

Responsibilities:

Must have a valid Driver’s License to commute to various job sites.
Must be willing to travel. Food allowance and lodging included.
Must be able to understand and execute actions based on verbal and visual instructions.
Comply with onsite safety.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds repetitively.
Eager to learn as there will be opportunities for growth.
Follow instructions from supervisors and implement construction plans.
Proper PPE must always be worn on site.
Ability to work in a team setting.
Driven and self-starter and willing to learn different skill trade in the maintenance industry.
Must be comfortable using hand tools and willing to learn to use power tools.
Reliable and a self-motivated.
