Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to support the growth and success of Cruz Development by focusing on client acquisition, estimating, and onboarding. The ideal candidate will have experience with construction estimating and project coordination tools, strong organizational skills, and a client-first mindset. This role emphasizes building relationships, preparing estimates, and ensuring a seamless transition from initial inquiry to project handoff, rather than direct oversight of on-site execution.

Duties

  • Identify, engage, and follow up with potential clients to grow the project pipeline.
  • Assist in preparing accurate project estimates, bids, and proposals.
  • Coordinate client onboarding, ensuring documentation, requirements, and expectations are clearly established.
  • Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Buildertrend, or similar tools for client communication, project data, and documentation.
  • Track new projects, book clients, and support project closing processes.
  • Collaborate with the estimating team, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather pricing and scope information.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction during the pre-construction phase.
  • Support the handoff process from sales/estimating to project execution teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction project coordination, estimating, or client management within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency with construction management and estimating software (e.g., ProCore, Buildertrend, Bluebeam, or similar).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to foster client relationships and team collaboration.
  • Understanding of construction estimating, contracts, and project documentation.
  • A proactive, client-focused approach with strong attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
