Title: Construction Project Coordinator
Department: Administration / Project Management
Reports to: President
Hourly Status: Full-Time
Pay Structure: Hourly
Schedule: This position is 100% onsite in our Stillwater office.

Position Overview: O’Neill Electric Inc. is currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the construction field, with a proven track record of coordinating and supporting project management activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers in planning and executing electrical construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
- Track project progress, identify potential delays, and work with the project team to develop solutions to keep projects on schedule.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, contractors, and team members, to provide project updates and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of bids, proposals, and project presentations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination within the electrical or construction industry preferred but not required.
- Understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, and project management principles preferred but not required.
- A strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to anticipate and meet the needs of internal and external customers.
- Communicates clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
