Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience in ground-up construction and tenant improvement (TI) projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to define project specifications.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and benchmarks for success.
• Obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Coordinate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to meet project goals.
• Manage risks proactively by identifying potential issues and implementing solutions.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee the work of on-site teams to maintain quality standards and timelines.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in managing ground-up construction and TI projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
