Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, strong leadership abilities, and a thorough understanding of project scheduling and estimating. This role requires effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with all regulations.

Duties

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
  • Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project tracking and documentation.
  • Develop detailed project schedules using tools.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth operations on-site.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety standards.
  • Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate project execution.
  • Prepare construction estimates and budgets while managing costs effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement time management strategies to optimize resource allocation and productivity.
  • Foster strong relationships with team members and stakeholders to promote collaboration.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction management or project management within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in construction estimating software and project scheduling tools
  • Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction site operations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Familiarity with civil engineering principles is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills for liaising with diverse teams and stakeholders.
