About the Role:

Liberty Property & Asset Management is seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee a growing portfolio of office, medical, and industrial properties across Southeast Michigan. This position is based in Troy, MI, and plays a key role in the day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and construction management of the properties.

Responsibilities:

Assist with everyday construction buildouts of office and medical spaces
Meet with tenants to select finishes and finalize construction plans
Schedule and meet with city inspectors
Preparation of construction budgets and timelines
Supervise construction trades and maintain performance schedules
Work with Construction and Operations Manager in day-to-day operations

Qualifications:

Applicants must have a general construction background
Ability to read construction and mechanical drawings and plans
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
