Full job description
Lobisser & Ferreira Construction Corporation is a locally owned construction company founded upon the principles of integrity, hard work, and outstanding craftmanship.
Currently seeking a site supervisor with experience in high end, custom residential, apartment buildings, and condo construction. Minimum of five (5) years experience in a construction supervisor role.
The typical site supervisor will have the following responsibilities:
-Coordinate, supervise and schedule all Subcontractors/trades as to ensure projects are completed as scheduled;
- Effectively manage on-site activities from beginning of construction through to final punch list
-Review estimates and compare to plans and specs to verify quantities and materials;
-Draft and respond to RFIs, Submittals and Change Orders;
-Schedule and manage subcontractors, contractors, vendors and various trade workers;
-Report on the progress of the project to the owner and local officials as needed;
-Schedule inspections with town officials, as needed;
-Ensure the project construction is in compliance with the plans and specifications including building standards and regulations;
- Monitor the progress of the construction schedule and performance of subcontractors;
- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations;
- Maintain site records and file daily field reports
- Maintain the schedule and project budget
-Perform light carpentry and demolition as needed;
-Maintain good relationship with site workers, suppliers and clients;
-Attend weekly progress meetings as needed (in person or via zoom)
The ideal L&F candidate will have the following qualifications:
-Minimum of five years in years experience in a construction supervisor role
-Excellent organizational skills
-Must be able to multitask and prioritize
-Computer proficient with Outlook, MS Excel, Project and Word - Buildertrend and Procore a plus
-Great verbal and communication skills
-Must be able to read Gantt charts, blueprints, and spec sheets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year
