Position Overview: We are seeking Construction Technicians to join our team in Colorado. The ideal candidates will have general construction skills and the ability to handle various tasks as directed.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to communicate effectively, timely, efficiently and succinctly a core requirement.
  • Perform basic construction duties such as moving materials, patching sheetrock, painting, and mixing concrete.
  • Handle tools and equipment used across our business.
  • Team lift units and materials up to 300 lbs.
  • Perform basic construction duties such as moving materials, patching sheetrock, painting, and mixing concrete.
  • Assist with the installation of solar, geothermal, and HVAC systems.
  • Follow instructions from project managers and supervisors.
  • Maintain tools and equipment.
  • Ensure worksite safety and cleanliness.
  • Load and unload construction materials.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of job sites.
  • Operate basic hand and power tools.
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate with other team members on projects.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to take direction and perform basic construction tasks.
  • No requirement for operating heavy machinery.
  • Experience with green building materials and techniques is a plus.
  • Physical ability to team lift units and materials up to 300 lbs.
  • Familiarity with general construction tools and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Attention to detail and safety.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
  • Valid Driver’s License is a plus.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
