Container waste wood processing

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals for the position of Container Waste Wood Processing. This role involves the efficient handling and processing of wood waste materials in a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with various tools and machinery, ensuring that operations run smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities

• Manual processing or operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move and process wood waste materials.
• Utilize power tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling wood components as needed.
• Conduct machining tasks, including using calipers to measure and ensure precision in wood processing.
• Collaborate with team members to build structures or components from processed wood waste.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to prevent accidents.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with carpentry techniques and millwork processes is a plus.
• Strong skills in using power tools safely and effectively.
• Must be able to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

This is a temproary postion, however this job may appear more than 3 times, each time 2-3 days during the week. Forklift experience is a plus. Starting Monday, March 10th.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $20.96 - $25.24 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 24 per week
