Full job description
Boise, Idaho premier home builder, Tresidio Homes, is currently seeking a talented Content Creator to join our dedicated team.
Job Purpose: To capture and showcase the beauty of our homes, communities, and events through engaging visual content. We're seeking a talented individual with a passion for photography, videography, Matterport technology, drone operation, and storytelling, who can bring our brand to life through captivating imagery.
Job Duties:
1 - Photography and Videography:
- Photograph new homes, model homes, parade homes and community amenities to highlight their features and appeal.
- Photograph new employee headshots, lifestyle photoshoots and community and company events
- Capture high-quality video footage to create virtual tours, promotional videos, and marketing materials.
- Ensure consistency in style and quality across all visual content produced.
2 - Matterport 3D Scanning:
- Operate Matterport camera equipment to create immersive 3D virtual tours of our new homes and model homes.
- Ensure accurate, high-quality scanning to provide potential buyers with an interactive viewing experience.
- Edit and optimize Matterport scans for maximum impact and usability.
3 - Drone Operation:
- Utilize drone technology to capture stunning aerial shots of new homes, new home communities and events.
- Operate drones safely and in compliance with all regulations and guidelines.
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses for drone operation as required. Company will cover the cost of any licenses needed.
4 - Event Coverage:
- Attend and photograph community events, grand openings, and company events. Note: some events are on nights and weekends.
- Document event highlights and create compelling content to share on social media and marketing materials.
5 - Equipment Needed:
- High-quality camera
- Videography, Matterport, and drone equipment (company can provide if needed)
6 - Edit and upload photos and videos into company share drive and add to website listings
7 - Assist Sales & Marketing:
- Create collateral and flyers for homes
- Assist Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator in additional marketing tasks such as creation and delivery of marketing materials
- Assist with event preparation, setup and teardown
- Assist with Parade of Homes
- Assist with social media content
8 - Other Responsibilities as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in photography, videography, Matterport scanning, and drone operation, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of Matterport technology and experience creating virtual tours.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for composition, lighting, and aesthetics.
- Possession of high-quality camera equipment
- Possession of Videography, Matterport, and drone equipment (company can provide if needed)
- Valid drone pilot license (Part 107) (preferred but not required for hire, will need within 1 month of start date)
- Social Media experience a plus
- Canva experience a plus
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission-Based Earnings; No cap
