Davey Coach Sales is the nation-wide leader in van and bus sales. We have an immediate opening for an Leasing Specialist in our ever growing office in Sedalia, CO.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, deliver and close detailed short-term rental and short-term lease (under one year) quotations based on a combination of the specific client needs, company pricing guidelines and the standardized flat-rate pricing matrix.
  • Produce contracts, request insurance documentation, confirm credit approvals and request initial invoicing to fulfill and execute successfully negotiated rental and leasing contracts.
  • Solicit new accounts for assigned company products and maintain active account management practices with clients to ensure satisfactory outcomes for all parties. Input and maintain sales and customer contact information in company CRM system.
  • Submit all executed agreements to Cornerstone AR to begin standard Accounts Receivable practices.
  • Submit all returned vehicle information to the Cornerstone AR to instigate return processing and invoicing.
  • If necessary, take time to review the return invoices sent to the client to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Work as an agent of Cornerstone to provide all of the above on behalf of representatives of Davey Coach Sales when a lease is provided through a Davey Coach Sales agent.
  • Provide administrative and operational support as needed, requested from the department operations manager.

As our ideal candidate, you will have the following:

  • College degree preferred, minimum High School Diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum of six (6) months’ relevant experience.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
  • Advanced computer skills including proficiency in typing, Microsoft Office applications, email, and basic internet usage.
  • As the Cornerstone CLS is often the first point of contact with a prospective client and is the main point of contact for long-term clientele, he/she expected to maintain excellent phone and email skills, both in use of vernacular, as well as with sales-minded and client-oriented approach.
  • Detailed understanding of various equipment leasing structures, such as, but not limited to: Continuous Operating Leases, Seasonal Operating Leases, TRAC Leases
  • Strong math skills, particularly in basic algebra.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Must be detail oriented.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
