Focused on the Art 101 and Sulyn brands—both part of the Advantus Corp portfolio—this role ensures the department runs efficiently and that all deliverables meet timelines, brand guidelines, and quality expectations. Acting as a bridge between strategic direction and hands-on execution, the Creative Manager helps bring compelling, consumer-facing products to life while upholding the Creative Director’s vision.

  • Translate brand strategy into actionable creative briefs and lead the team through ideation and execution.
  • Oversee the execution of creative projects—including packaging, marketing assets, and brand materials—from concept to delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as product development, sales, and marketing to understand project goals and deliver effective visual solutions.
  • Lead internal creative reviews and brainstorming sessions that promote innovation, alignment, and consistency.
  • Stay current on design trends and market competition to help inform creative direction and ensure brand relevance.
  • Identify and implement improvements to creative processes, tools, and systems that enhance team efficiency.
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines, reflects company standards, and supports business objectives.
  • Step in to provide hands-on design support when needed to meet deadlines or maintain quality standards.
  • Assist the Creative Director in developing visual strategies for new product development and retail placement.
  • Contribute to identifying product gaps and generating ideas that enhance customer experience and grow market share.
  • Support ongoing evaluation of creative effectiveness and recommend refinements to strengthen brand engagement.
  • Maintain internal asset libraries and ensure accurate documentation and organization of creative materials.
