Treatment Trends, Inc. (TTI) is a dedicated nonprofit organization with over 50 years of experience supporting individuals facing substance use disorders. Our mission is to provide a comprehensive continuum of care through recovery-oriented services, including inpatient and outpatient programs, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and various pathways to recovery.

Summary

Treatment Trends, Inc. is seeking both a CRS/CFRS and a CRS Supervisor. Candidates will be reviewed for the roles best suited to their experience.

Responsibilities

The Certified Recovery Specialists help guide our clients in recovery using their own lived experience. This role is pivotal in ensuring the best care possible for the clientele we serve! We offer a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Treatment Trends Inc. while making a meaningful impact in the community.

  • Provide recovery education and support resources
  • Provide a “warm hand-off” to partners
  • Develop individualized recovery plans with clients and update recovery plans at the designated timeframes
  • Complete documentation and reporting, as required by their facility and/or program
  • Serve as a role model, mentor, advocate and motivator to individuals in recovery
  • Lead group sessions, when assigned
  • Participate in supervision with their supervisor, as well as group supervisions with peers
  • Attend trainings to meet the TTI annual requirements, as well as DDAP requirements.
  • Support assigned facility with daily duties
  • Local travel to other TTI sites and/or outreach opportunities

Additional duties for CRS Supervisor include:

  • Oversight of CRS staff
  • Providing supervision to CRS staff
  • Review documentation for adherence to expectations and best practices, and provide feedback

Educational requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Active CRS/CFRS Certification
  • CRS Supervisor must have at least 2 years of experience as a CRS, and a preferred one year of supervisory experience
