CSR - Customer Service Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, aiming for resolution.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback or inquiries.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our database.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery processes.
• Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a call center environment.
• Bilingual skills are a plus; proficiency in English is required.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in using office software and computer systems.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze information effectively and provide solutions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• A positive attitude and willingness to assist customers at all times.
• MUST OBTAIN OR POSSESS TEXAS GENERAL INSURANCE OR P&C LICENSE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
