Job Overview
I am seeking someone who is looking to break into the insurance industry or who has already gained some experience. In my office, I along with my team managers provide on site job training and license training to get you started. I create a fun atmosphere and a competitive environment focused on continual improvement of the tasks that are asked. Along with an hourly pay structure there is commission and bonuses set for each month.
I am truly looking for someone who wants to gain a career and not a job. This position can be very rewarding and slightly challenging at times. My office has established itself as a regional leader and are looking to expand.
Duties
- Understand customer information and be able to assist with any needs.
- Look for ways to effectively maximize the insurance needs of the customers.
- Suggest and reccomend any gaps in insurance needs for each customer.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or promote services.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.
Experience
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and an understanding of the sales process is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and provide effective solutions.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
