We are seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to join our team at our Grand Prairie, TX facility. This role supports the Customer Care department, which is 100% in-office.

Responsibilities

  • Assists Customer Care Team in initiating and following up with customers (internal and external) to help resolve problems and answer questions, correspondence, and reports.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, keeping with the company's “We Care” philosophy.
  • Data entry of customer purchase orders, RMA’s, and freight claims.
  • Provide answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
  • Process orders take delivery dates and inventory levels into consideration for fulfillment.
  • Answer inbound calls.
  • Could you perform backup support to the Customer Care Department or other departments as needed?
  • Follows up on customer orders to ensure deliveries are met.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years experience required.
  • Basic customer service skills.
  • Retail and/or food service equipment experience a plus.
  • Experience in order entry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and follow-up skills.
  • Self-starter, motivated with great attention to detail, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Robust analysis and judgment skills.
  • Works well in a team environment.
  • Must have experience with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Epicor ERP system knowledge is a plus.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Travel Requirments

Must be willing to travel 15% of the time

Physical Requirements

Required to stand, walk, and sit; talk or hear in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. You may be required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift to 25 pounds.
