Position: Showroom Sales Associate
1203 Lycoming mall circle Muncy,Pa 17756

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients with expert knowledge and personalized recommendations.
- Engage customers on the showroom floor, demonstrating product features and benefits to guide their purchase decisions.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product range, including firearms, optics, accessories and apparel.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to legal and company procedures.
- Keep the showroom organized, appealing, and well-stocked.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and relevant regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the firearms or optics industry.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of firearms, ammunition, optics, and related accessories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customer profiles.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Passion for providing outstanding customer experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and comply with all federal, state, and local firearms regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
