We are looking for full-time sales manager who must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a regular basis with open availability.

Ideal candidates will possess exceptional customer-focused sales skills and a passion for working with customers to ensure their perfect bridal experience. We are looking for candidates with a track record of building and retaining high performing team members, creating a consistent environment of 5-star customer service, and exceeding sales goals by setting expectations. A successful manager must be a dynamic, attentive, and inspiring leader who has mastered relationship-building with team members and customers alike, acting as a mentor, leader, and coach.

What we hope you bring to the table:

· Consistently achieve and maintain sales goals set forth by company.

· Maximize sales and customer service through constant floor management and coaching to develop selling skills and recognize great performance.

· Communicate daily sales goals to all associates and driving action through daily chats with all associates.

· Monitor individual associate performance and developing goals for improvement through coaching and feedback.

· Lead and inspire stylists to exceed a sales productivity per hour, bridal conversion and add-ons goals.

· Coach the team to complete the sale on the first visit, capture future appointments, and capture all bridal live pics and discounts codes.

· The physical ability to move throughout the store, lift and move up to 20 lbs, kneel and stand.

· Ability to lead in-store events, bridal fairs, and promotions.

· High school diploma. Higher education a plus.

Position Hours and Required Availability

  • Weekend availability required
  • Saturday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Sunday 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Monday, Wednesday-Friday 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
