The Customer Service Coordinator role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the organization, alongside the outside sales team, in order to support current business, and achieve overall customer satisfaction. These support activities may include, but are not limited to, internal and external customer interaction, creation of quotes and quote letters, presentations, processing customer purchase orders, dealing with plant, supplier, and logistic matters, as well as maintaining the integrity of documents and data files.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer requests
  • Work closely with and support Business Development Managers
  • Process New Part Entries and Prepare sample requests
  • Direct interaction with both internal and external customers on a daily basis
  • Develop good working relationships and understand business/duties
  • Review customer blanket purchase orders and Lead or support creating quotes

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role (sales, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics)
  • Strong computer skills, (Proficient with Google Suite preferred)
  • Attention to detail while being able to perform duties in a dynamic environment.
  • Data and document integrity management
  • Self-motivated / independent thinker, able to work with minimal supervision, error free.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $41,000.00 per year
