Overview:
Seekins Precision, Inc. is a premier Modern Sporting Rifle (MSR) component manufacturer located in Lewiston ID. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving the customer service experience, managing a team of customer service representatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Strong leadership qualities are a must to assist in resolving all types of customer inquiries and working internally with members of the team. The manager position will need to know how to supervise and guide other customer service representative by teaching product knowledge, offering feedback, and establishing measurable customer satisfaction goals. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service experience
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution
- Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality service is being provided
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes
- Train new employees on customer service policies and procedures
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Audit customer service procedures and trends to determine system improvements
- Enforce company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Five years of previous experience in a management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle difficult customer situations with professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
- High level of customer service experience, such as answering technical questions via phone, email, or in-person

Preferred:
- Manufacturing knowledge
- Gun knowledge
