Customer Service/Office assistant – Waitressville / Dallaswear Uniforms

Description:

Waitressville and Dallaswear Uniforms we are currently looking for a Customer Service Star that is ready to join an awesome team! Our customer service and office assistant candidate is genuinely excited to help customers and support management get things done. She/He is patient, empathetic and addresses all Customer inquiries via telephone, email and written correspondence. Investigates and resolves customer questions, issues, complaints or concerns. Coordinates with resources to resolve issues, as needed, and communicates the resolution to the customer.

Must have strong problem solving skills, be a team player and support other departments in the organization when in need of assistance. We’re hiring a new team member that is extremely organized and can learn things fast. Experience in fashion and good taste are essential to assisting our customers, so candidates who have an overall apparel, dance, fashion and/or cheer experience in addition to customer service would be preferred. Job Details:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries/ Resolve customer issues.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
  • Provide work orders status information to customers.
  • Perform customer verifications.
  • Set up new customer accounts.
  • Process work orders, forms, applications and requests.
  • Organize internal workflow to meet customer's timelines.
  • Supports management team keep reports as requested.
  • Manage client information and accounts.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Record details of inquiries and comments.
  • In charge of incoming and outgoing mail and inquiries.
  • Maintain customer databases.
  • Collaborates with Sales dpt. to ensure product information is processed accurately to customer’s accounts.
  • Communicate and coordinates customer interaction along with Sales dpt.
  • Follow up on Customer interactions via phone or email.
  • Supports website's new products and information updates.
  • Assists Design and Art departments with any assign duties.
  • Greet and attend customers who visit our office premises.
  • Maintain tidiness of front office and display/conference/meeting areas.
  • Order and maintain all office supplies stocked.
  • Assist in planning and execution of company celebrations and themed decor.
  • Supports office team with events planning and execution of tasks required.

Position Requirements:

  • Problem solving and solutions achiever.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and adapt to fast paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Data collection and reports keeper.
  • Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience required.
  • Proficiency with Internet and Social Media. (Must know and participate in social media platforms)
  • Experience in working the backend (control panel) of E-commerce sites such as Shopify / Volusion / BigCommerce is a plus, but not required.
  • Performed various business tasks including data entry, creating/maintaining files, answering/transferring calls, and researching customer inquiries required.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications (including Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word) required.
  • Knowledgeable in Adobe Applications (including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus, but not required.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Some college education preferred.
